The official master’s is dedicated to advanced training, and is aimed at allowing students to specialise in an academic, professional or research field.
In addition, the double master’s courses involve studying for two master’s degrees simultaneously: one master’s course at UIB and another at a different university, which has established a collaboration and recognition agreement with UIB for specific courses.
Aimed at obtaining a PhD, the doctoral programmes are intended to provide research capacity and expertise in a specific scientific, technical, humanistic or artistic field. The area of specialisation is determined by a set of lines of research.
Via its UIB-specific studies (own master's, specialist university courses, university expert and university upgrade courses), UIB has flexible, high quality specific and upgraded training courses to respond to the demands of society and the labour market at all times.
